Core Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will:
1. **Engage with Prospective Members**: Utilize a consultative sales approach to present various Medicare Advantage plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
2. **Community Outreach**: Identify and participate in community events tailored for seniors, fostering relationships with local provider groups, hospitals, and clinics to generate leads.
3. **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads effectively, ensuring a personalized experience for potential enrollees.
4. **Educational Activities**: Conduct enrollment sessions and educational workshops to assist Medicare-eligible individuals in understanding their options and the enrollment process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid Health Insurance license, maintained throughout employment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience in Medicare, skilled nursing, assisted living, home care, or hospice settings.
