Compensation:Potential earnings of $70,000 annually based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess new clients' insurance requirements, risks, objectives, existing coverage, and financial circumstances through scheduled consultations, ensuring a tailored experience.
- Support current policyholders throughout the claims process while managing ongoing insurance claims.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from both existing and potential customers, including scheduling new meetings and addressing questions related to billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date contracting documentation and manage databases, records, and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Previous experience in health or life insurance is a plus.
