Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales recruiting, particularly in direct sourcing for commission-based roles.
  • Experience managing a distributed sales recruiting team is essential.
  • Proficient in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and screen passive candidates through various channels.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
  • Robust business acumen and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate is advantageous.
