Job Title: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and skilled candidates
  • Manage a team of recruitment professionals to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Source and recruit top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or a related field, including at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • SPHR or SHRM certification in HR management
  • Experience working in a large, multi-faceted organization
