Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collect and Verify Patient Information: Accurately collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Payments and Reconcile Accounts: Collect co-payments, process payments, and reconcile accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with Clinical Operations: Support clinical staff with tasks such as referral processing, authorization management, and patient registration.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Patient Service Representative Role
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
