Regional Sales Manager

As we embark on a significant growth journey, we are seeking passionate Regional Sales Managers who are ready to lead sales initiatives and foster client relationships.

You will be pivotal at the store level, contributing to the success of multiple Walmart Wireless Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Exceed personal and location sales objectives while crafting exceptional customer experiences.

Effective Time Management:
Strategically allocate your time across various locations to enhance profitability.

Sales Performance Metrics:
Master our sales framework and achieve sales goals consistently.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Foster a team-oriented environment with a passion for sales.

Customer Engagement:
Ability to connect with clients and team members effectively.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product offerings to recommend optimal solutions to our clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in retail or external sales (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).

A demonstrated history of sales success, exceptional customer service, and personal accountability.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel to various store locations during operational hours.
