The Inside Sales Consultant will focus on acquiring new clients and managing current accounts by engaging with pharmacies within a specified region. Success in this role will come from daily outreach, building rapport, and following up effectively. Representatives will employ consultative selling techniques and articulate our distinctive value proposition. Achieving a defined sales quota and documenting all sales activities in a CRM system will be essential responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will excel in selling solutions, navigating gatekeepers, and connecting with various personnel levels within pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the sales process: bypass gatekeepers, identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, address objections, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Achieve activity targets set for the assigned territory, including visits and outreach metrics
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and utilize effective techniques to influence target accounts
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and potential business opportunities
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to all clients
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with a talent for engaging with diverse audiences
- Focus on new business development while maintaining contact with existing clients

- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
