This position presents an excellent opportunity for an entry-level sales professional. You will be an integral part of a team focused on generating new business and fostering enduring relationships.

The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts by reaching out to pharmacies within a specified region. This will involve daily prospecting, building rapport, and conducting follow-ups. Representatives will engage in consultative selling and effectively communicate our unique value proposition. The selected candidate will be expected to meet a minimum sales quota and document all sales activities daily in a CRM system.

The ideal candidate will excel at selling solutions, navigating past gatekeepers, and connecting with all levels of pharmacy staff.

We provide a competitive base salary along with UNCAPPED Commission (this is not a commission-only role), vacation time, healthcare benefits, and a 401K plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the sales process: bypass gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, qualify leads, address objections, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Achieve activity targets set for the assigned territory regarding visits and other outreach metrics
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and employ effective sales strategies to influence target accounts
  • Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to all clients

  • Focus on new business development while maintaining contact with existing clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous (Salesforce, Spotio, Badger, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
