Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Conduct client kick-off meetings and ensure successful program launch through collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and train sales staff through ongoing training and coaching
- Track and measure sales rep performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients on sales performance, obstacles, and recommendations
- Drive program continuation and expansion through strategic planning and execution
- Participate in weekly operational meetings with SFI executives to discuss sales performance and business growth
- Proven sales management experience in the energy industry, preferably with a focus on sales teams
- Experience leading medium to large sales teams on a regional or national level
- Ability to travel extensively to manage multiple teams across various regions
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Competitive base salary plus commission
