Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Conduct client kick-off meetings and ensure successful program launch through collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop and train sales staff through ongoing training and coaching
  • Track and measure sales rep performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on sales performance, obstacles, and recommendations
  • Drive program continuation and expansion through strategic planning and execution
  • Participate in weekly operational meetings with SFI executives to discuss sales performance and business growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in the energy industry, preferably with a focus on sales teams
  • Experience leading medium to large sales teams on a regional or national level
  • Ability to travel extensively to manage multiple teams across various regions
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a strong attention to detail
