The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts by reaching out to pharmacies within a specified region. This will involve daily prospecting, building rapport, and following up with potential clients. Representatives will engage in consultative selling and articulate our distinctive value proposition. The selected candidate will be expected to meet a minimum sales quota and diligently record all sales activities in a CRM system.
The ideal candidate will excel in selling solutions, navigating gatekeepers, and connecting with all levels of pharmacy staff.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with UNCAPPED commission (this is not a commission-only role)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the sales process: bypass gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, qualify leads, address objections, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Achieve activity targets set for the assigned territory regarding visits and outreach metrics
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and employ effective techniques to influence target accounts
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding activities, client needs, and potential business opportunities
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to all clients
Required Qualifications:
