Customer Service Responsibilities

Support the customer service manager by handling inbound and outbound communications effectively. Adhere to established communication protocols when addressing various topics. Assess client needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer viable solutions or alternatives. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by going above and beyond in service delivery. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database for future reference.

Case Management Assistance

Initial Case Setup:

  • Develop Administration Timeline
  • Format Notice Packet
  • Submit authorized documents and case details for online setup (if applicable)
  • Schedule and input case information into the database
  • Process Remails, Claims, and other Correspondence
  • Verify the accuracy of weekly reports before submission to the Lead Case Manager

This role is integral to ensuring that our case management processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
