Key ResponsibilitiesThe RN Case Manager will:

- Engage in three-point communication with employers, injured workers, and healthcare providers within a dedicated account framework; this role is client-facing.
- Interact daily with clients, providing support right from the moment of injury.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid RN license in Illinois; CCM certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management is highly desirable.
- The ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
