About the Role
The Arizona Bankruptcy Court is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Administrator/Courtroom Services Specialist. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the court, ensuring the smooth operation of courtroom services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate with court staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case processing
- Provide exceptional customer service to court users and the public
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of court documents and materials
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a court or legal setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
