Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory.
- Manage the process from initial contact through to close of sale, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
- Develop and maintain close partnerships with clients, providing tailored solutions to help their business grow.
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks.
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients.
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
- Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of prospecting and closing business.
- Familiarity with sales tools, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- A positive attitude, with a desire to win and consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, with a willingness to develop as a sales professional.
- Adaptable and coachable, with a ability to think on your feet and implement feedback.
