About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
