Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and interacting with prospects via telephone and digital tools to turn MQLs into SQLs. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and excellent telephone and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow-up on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
• Research the financial planning needs of institutions to identify viable sales leads
• Identify the overlap of prospect needs with Synario platform functionality
• Determine which marketing tools/collateral are appropriate to explain that overlap, contextualize our solution, and otherwise engage prospects in sales conversations
• Manage the Discover stage of the sales funnel
• Speak to C-level prospects about our solution(s)
• Move prospects from MQL to SQL
• Collaborate with sales team on strategy and tactics
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize engagement strategies
• Follow up consistently and effectively
• Update marketing and sales tools (CRM, MA) consistently
