Front Desk Manager

This entry-level management position is responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements in the front office area. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on guest satisfaction and employee development, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of the front desk team, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the front office team to achieve this goal.
- Assist in the review of comment cards and guest satisfaction results, using this feedback to make improvements to the front desk experience.
- Provide training and coaching to front desk staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Support the front office team in achieving financial and operational goals, working closely with the front desk manager to ensure success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
