Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Tonnelle TributePortfolio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the hotel lobby and front desk area are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
