The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will operate under the guidance of a licensed Clinician. Your role will involve assisting in the execution of the Clinician's treatment strategy while collaborating with clients and their families or caregivers to facilitate in-home therapeutic objectives aimed at addressing behavioral challenges and enhancing the family or caregivers' capacity to provide effective support for the client's successful integration within the home and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Engage with clients and families to promote therapeutic goals.
  • Provide guidance to families to enhance their support capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese - Required
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline
  • At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation:

  • Full-time: Salary range of $42,000 - $52,000
    In addition, an incentive rate of $40 per hour for hours exceeding productivity
  • Fee-for-service rate: $25 - $40 per hour
