The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will operate under the guidance of a licensed clinician. This role involves assisting in the execution of the clinician's treatment strategies and collaborating with clients and their families or caregivers to facilitate in-home therapeutic objectives aimed at addressing behavioral challenges and enhancing the family or caregiver's capacity to provide effective support for the client's successful integration into home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the clinician in implementing treatment plans.
  • Engage with clients and their families to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Provide assistance to families in managing behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Human Services discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Experience with children diagnosed with emotional-behavioral disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and consistent access to a vehicle.

Compensation:

  • Full-time salary ranges from $42,000 to $52,000.
  • Incentive rate of $40 per hour for productivity exceeding expectations.
  • Fee-for-service rate ranges from $25 to $40 per hour.
