We are currently seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for our dynamic OBGYN/Specialties Department. This role is crucial within our clinical care team, where you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient patient flow and assist clinical staff as required.
  • Prepare patients and their environment for visits and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage non-pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor vital signs and perform basic diagnostic tests.
  • Assist in cleaning and sterilizing instruments following established protocols.

The Clinical Support Specialist will engage with patients across various age groups, addressing both their physical and emotional needs. You will be under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, ensuring excellence in patient care.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, with a standard shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including potential evening rotations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, with completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in medical assisting and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
