We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a team of field employees.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate client needs to the operations team, generate sales leads and prospects, and make direct sales calls and presentations to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients to build relationships and create initial orders, and conduct follow-up communication with clients after field employee dispatch to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
- Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments with clients, build field employee relationships by calling working employees and visiting jobsites, and manage field employee issues in a proactive and professional manner.
- Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries for investigation and report completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with clients and field employees.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Regular and Predictable Attendance: Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance and be available to work a variety of shifts.
- Familiarity with Standard Computer Systems and CRM Systems: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful.
