As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, creating and managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers
  • Create and manage customer accounts to ensure seamless sales and support experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
  • Passion for helping customers and driving sales growth
