Customer Service and Sales Account Manager

At SlightEdge, we're looking for a talented Customer Service and Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, creating and managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers
- Create and manage customer accounts to ensure seamless sales and support experiences
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Passion for helping customers and driving sales growth
- Career-focused individual with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
