We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating and maintaining accurate documentation of communications and inquiries, and developing a deep understanding of our job-related operating platforms.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work. You will be based in close proximity to our Portsmouth, NH office for periodic live meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
  • Offer professional and respectful public service responses, ensuring effective communication with individuals with disabilities.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including routing mail and email.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
  • Capacity to work with individuals with disabilities.
  • Effective communication skills to present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot with attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred.
