Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales: Qualify leads, estimate prices, generate quotes, answer program and service questions, and set up accounts.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and issues, maintain up-to-date account information, process billing and payments, and coordinate with field operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing customers and improve customer accounts.
  • Professionalism and Empathy: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, and assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills are ideal for this position.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise and the ability to navigate CRM/ERP systems (Hubspot, Workwave preferred but not necessary) are required.
