Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the McHenry Row Courtyard by Marriott in Baltimore. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage guest complaints, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Generate and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to resolve discrepancies on the room status report, ensuring seamless operations.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
