About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fractal. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Launch Lead: Develop and execute marketing plans to launch new product capabilities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Technical Expertise: Build a deep understanding of our product areas and translate that into effective marketing messaging and content.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Awareness and Engagement: Create marketing assets such as demo videos, blogs, emails, content, webinars, and more to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Content Development: Develop core content to drive sales and partner readiness, including value propositions, evidence, blogs, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with internal and external partners to drive co-marketing plans, product-led-growth, and attach motions.
Requirements
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in Cybersecurity and an understanding of the different security personas.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into a compelling story for customers, clearly articulating our strategy, benefits, and differentiation.
  • Accountability and Risk-Taking: Effective communication skills, high degree of accountability, and willingness to take measured risks.
  • Marketing Content: Ability to deliver world-class marketing content, including value propositions, evidence, blogs, whitepapers, and presentations for identified scenarios, products/features, and segments/audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop working relationships with customers, senior executives, engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups.
Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $45/hr - $55/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a 'free time' PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
