Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and recommend strategies to amplify brand messaging and initiatives across various internal channels.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring timely execution and regular updates to senior leadership through structured business reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, seeking collaborative opportunities across the organization to ensure a consistent customer experience.

About the Brand Experience Organization:

The Brand Experience (BX) team is dedicated to innovating and leading initiatives for Brand Owners within the Amazon platform. Our expanding suite of BX tools empowers Brands to enhance awareness, improve consideration, boost conversion rates, and foster brand loyalty.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
  • Proven track record of utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
  • Experience in designing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
