Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Product Strategist at Gable, you will be instrumental in shaping the vision and execution of our data communication and change management platform. You will guide cross-functional teams to devise groundbreaking solutions that improve data quality and facilitate collaboration between data creators and users. Your expertise and leadership will significantly influence the growth and success of our platform as we continue to innovate in the data management sector.

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful features and improvements.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to guarantee successful product launches and user adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B SaaS products, ideally within the data or enterprise software domain.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex products from conception to launch, with a strong ability to balance technical aspects with user experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management best practices, focusing on data quality and observability.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing and motivating cross-functional teams.
