Key Responsibilities
The Lead Marketing Strategist will be responsible for:
- Developing, proposing, and implementing marketing strategies and concepts for grocery partners on Amazon.
- Guiding projects from initial briefing through to successful execution in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Account Managers, and merchant partners.
- Working at both strategic and operational levels, including managing campaigns, drafting business/marketing requirements, and analyzing performance data.
- Exhibiting a proactive approach, taking ownership, and promoting a high-energy, high-performance culture.
- Launching impactful programs, making data-informed decisions, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A robust understanding of customer dynamics and segmentation.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing digital marketing initiatives.
- The ability to generate innovative ideas for growth while addressing potential business challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize in a dynamic business environment.
Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, journey, and experience, as well as achieving sales objectives for Third-Party Merchants on Amazon.
- Support the launch, expansion, and ongoing marketing programs for merchants through various marketing channels, collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Create exceptional shopping experiences for customers and merchant partners on Amazon, including storefront merchandising and promotional activities.
- Analyze and leverage insights from our marketing effectiveness measurement systems to inform strategies.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports to senior leadership.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine customer experience and sales strategies.

Basic Qualifications

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market, based on factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a comprehensive package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
