Position Overview

We are in search of a Principal Product Marketing Manager to enhance our team. In this capacity, you will shape and implement our product marketing approach, impact teams, elevate messaging and positioning, and leverage data to guide strategy. Your contributions will establish our products as industry leaders, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive substantial business results.

As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead go-to-market strategies, promote product adoption, and collaborate across departments to foster business expansion. We require an individual with strong leadership abilities, profound market knowledge, and extensive data analytics skills. Your strategic mindset and capacity to positively influence teams will be vital in advancing our product marketing efforts.

This position is hybrid in nature. Relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product innovation: Work closely with product managers to incorporate market insights and ensure new products/features align with customer requirements and market expectations.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis: Engage in internal surveys, perform competitive assessments, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop effective strategies: Collaborate with the Product team to lead impactful product launches. Formulate go-to-market strategies that resonate with business objectives and propel product success.
  • Ensure flawless execution: Take an active role in cross-functional collaboration to guarantee alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling content: Oversee the development of in-product messages, emails, and owned channels. Manage the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including social media content and blog articles.
  • Utilize data for optimization: Conduct A/B testing on proprietary channels, gather actionable insights, define KPIs, and employ data-driven analysis to refine strategies and meet objectives.
  • Establish thought leadership: Position RentSpree as a leader in the industry by delivering exceptional products and insightful content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in Product Marketing; Proven history of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient copywriter with experience in crafting high-quality content for various formats (in-product messaging, promotional emails, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market data effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • In-depth understanding of product marketing best practices and trends.
  • Experience in real estate/property tech is a plus.

Compensation: $200,000-$220,000
