About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Relationship Building Representative to join our team at Behr Process Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Home Depot store managers and associates, as well as with other Behr representatives and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in assigned Home Depot stores. Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed, and that the store environment is visually appealing and engaging.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Home Depot store managers and associates, as well as with other Behr representatives and contractors. This includes regular communication, training, and support to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to Home Depot associates and Behr team members on our products and services. This includes leading classes and demonstrations in the store to educate customers on our products and how to use them effectively.
  • Ordering and Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that all products are available to customers. This includes tracking inventory levels, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to improve inventory management processes.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel regularly to assigned Home Depot stores to build relationships, provide training, and conduct sales and merchandising activities. Use technology to facilitate communication and tracking of sales and merchandising activities.
