Job Summary:

The Compact Equipment Sales Representative (CESR) is responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers within assigned sales territories for the Bramco Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain a solid base of customers for compact equipment sales, promoting the sales of compact equipment lines and customer support programs.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain targeted company profit levels on sales, ensuring customers are kept current with manufacturer's information and maintaining high levels of product and service knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement: Frequently visit customer facilities and job sites to investigate current and future equipment needs, continually developing assigned sales territory and increasing customer base.
  • Training and Development: Attend sales training to remain adequately informed of all compact equipment products and services, and tow and show compact equipment to multiple customers per week.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field highly desired.
  • Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in compact equipment or working with related equipment required.
  • Skills: High proficiency in customer relationship skills, knowledge of compact equipment applications, discretion in handling confidential company information, and excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Travel: Able to travel overnight for product training or company-related business (
