Position Summary:
We are seeking an Inside Salesperson to contribute to our client's success in the wastewater sector. This role is based in Denver, CO, and involves leveraging your sales skills to interpret plans, generate quotes, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize STACK plan software to analyze and interpret plans.
  • Prepare detailed take-offs from the plans.
  • Develop and issue quotes for clients.
  • Source quotes, specification sheets, and drawings from suppliers.
  • Familiarize yourself with area specifications (MAG specs) relevant to various locations.
  • Conduct take-offs and compile material lists based on client specifications.
  • Process and refine orders; relay unit pricing, shipping details, and other essential information to clients.
  • Create orders and input data for comprehensive cost calculations using computer systems.
  • Organize and maintain order files based on anticipated delivery dates.
  • Engage in safety and office protection planning initiatives.
  • Calculate pricing, discounts, and shipping costs.
  • Encourage additional material sales to clients.
  • Work in conjunction with Dispatch, Warehouse, and Purchasing to expedite or monitor delayed shipments.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and support walk-in clients.
  • Direct orders to the Warehouse for timely fulfillment or shipment.
  • Operate a forklift as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in inside sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize leads, follow-ups, and meet sales objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
