About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at All Native Group. As a key member of our Government Contracts division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government contracts space
    • Develop and execute effective capture strategies to achieve or exceed business development targets
    • Negotiate and close deals with government agencies and other public sector clients
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions or enhancements
  • Account Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
    • Coordinate the execution of projects, orders, and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines
    • Address any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the proposal and business capture environment
  • Former employee experience with the US Government, demonstrated ability to lead, drive capture and generate revenue
  • High energy level and excitement about the pursuit and having an impact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Displays a high level of verbal and written communication skills to present customers with our understanding of customer needs, requirements, and ability to meet these requirements
  • Knowledge of military / federal acquisition models, practices, and techniques
  • Experience in supporting proposal development and other written communications
  • Multitasking and attention to detail
  • Goal oriented and highly motivated
  • Results driven, time management and planning skills, strong grammar and proofreading skills
Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, social sciences, or a related field preferred

Security Clearance

Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret or above Clearance is preferred
