- Retrieve and analyze data to forecast Army Medical Readiness requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies in reports and ensure accurate data integration.
- Evaluate and enhance existing EMS systems to optimize service delivery.
- Lead and manage complex EMS projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for program development.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to enhance EMS operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all program initiatives.
- Design and implement training programs for EMS personnel to elevate their skills in line with industry standards.
- Incorporate the latest technological advancements in EMS for improved operational efficiency.
- Drive innovative approaches to EMS program development, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including EMS teams and senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic planning support to establish clear processes and responsibilities for Army and DOD personnel.
- Develop metrics and feedback mechanisms in accordance with the MEDCOM Campaign Plan.
- Assist senior leadership in crafting guidance for Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Readiness Plans.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years in Army, DOD, or VA medical program/project management.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- 3+ years in strategic planning.
- 3+ years in developing partnerships with civilian medical facilities.
- 3+ years of subject matter expertise in Army medical readiness.
- 3+ years of knowledge in medical billing and coding.
- 4+ years of experience with Army enterprise analytic systems.
- 5+ years in preparing formal documentation and communications.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2).
