We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support our team in Miami. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, and run errands to support the office and employees.
- Relocation Support: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for new employees and their families moving to Miami, assist with settling in new hires, and provide support as needed.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and meetings, arrange catering, venues, and logistics for corporate events and functions.
- Travel & Itinerary Management: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure all travel plans are aligned with company schedules and budgets.
- General Support: Provide personal assistance to senior management as needed, offer support with various administrative tasks, and act as a point of contact for employees.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in relocation, office management, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and make decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
