Job Summary

The NORM CLT Transportation, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to maintain smooth daily operations. This role is essential in supporting client inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Management: Greet callers warmly, answer questions about our services, handle client inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
  • Reservation Coordination: Take and manage client reservations, schedule bookings, and confirm details with clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives, prepare promotional materials, and help manage online presence.
  • Calendar Organization: Maintain and organize the office and team calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients both over the phone and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Light Bookkeeping: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, managing invoices, and assisting with financial preparation.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role preferred. Experience in sales support or light bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to multitask and work independently.
