About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience working in a small business office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including answering phone calls, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Implement efficient processes and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a small business office environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to use and learn multiple computer software, systems, and other office equipment.
