Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Global Business Development team in Charlotte, NC. As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to our team members.

Salary Range: $18-$34 per hour (estimated annual salary: $37,440 - $70,240)

Job Description:

Gather and Communicate Information

  • Promptly coordinate daily requests, including meetings, events, purchase orders, travel arrangements, and registrations for conferences and training classes.
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly by assisting with vendor visits, meeting coordination, and IT support as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service by managing onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, interns, and contractors, and partnering with HR representatives to handle interview logistics.
  • C Coordinate workflow processes with various divisions to ensure efficient handling of team requests.
  • Analyze workflows and identify creative solutions to administrative problems, aligning with company and division policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about administrative policies, methods, and guidelines, and communicate updates and changes to management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative work involving inquiry and recommendations that improved administrative procedures, practices, or programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain diverse sets of information, and apply policies and guidelines.
  • Motivation and passion for getting work done consistently and thoughtfully, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines despite many interruptions and competing priorities.
  • Refined written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise reporting and formal correspondence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with online systems.
  • High school diploma required.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
