Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified leader to manage our sales department and drive business growth. As a Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales team and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
