About the Role:
The Arizona Department of Economic Security is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing job postings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
