Job Summary:

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the human resources department and providing guidance and leadership to other departments in achieving company strategic and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Leadership: Supervise human resources department personnel and ensure the effective management of the department.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that company employment, recruiting, safety, labor relations, personnel, and equal opportunity policies and practices comply with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Manage open enrollment, 401k information sessions, and other employee communication sessions. Administer workers compensation claims and reporting, and work with other departments to ensure employee safety and welfare.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the Employee Performance Evaluation process and ensure that employee physical and electronic files are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and manage human resources source documents, forms, and content. Ensure that employee training records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Five to ten years of human resources experience, including at least four years at a management level.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field. SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills in English. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively and build consensus across the organization.
