About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier enterprises to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective account management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles, including account management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends.
