About the Role: Smartsheet is seeking a skilled Sales Expansion Specialist to join our Commercial Sales Team. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for driving software sales and expansion across a territory of accounts. Your primary goal will be to build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas within your book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new business opportunities within existing customers by analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple departments and lines of business.
  2. Leverage existing relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint and drive revenue or growth during renewals.
  3. Facilitate and manage partnerships with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams to support full sales cycles and close business.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of SaaS full cycle sales experience exceeding quota working in medium-sized accounts. You should also have 3+ years of experience managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment. Additionally, you will need a thorough understanding of a SaaS evaluation process and the ability to execute on each stage in the sales cycle.

What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive base salary range of $75,000-$95,000 USD. You will also be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a Restricted Stock Units (RSU) stock grant upon accepted offer.
