Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in hotel Sales & Marketing to lead the successful launch of a new luxury resort. This role will focus on strategic sales initiatives for a newly established 5-star hotel featuring 125 rooms and suites.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute an annual commercial strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee daily sales and marketing operations, emphasizing the development of strategic client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive business reports, including monthly updates, annual goals, and budget forecasts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and key partners.
  • Manage key accounts across various segments and implement tailored account strategies.
  • Engage in proactive sales efforts targeting specific hotel segments such as leisure, MICE, and government.
  • Develop attractive offers for guests.
  • Conduct negotiations and prepare contractual agreements.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and in business circles.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing.
  • Familiarity with all major market segments, including Corporate, MICE, and Leisure.
  • Experience in the premium and luxury hotel sector is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
  • A relevant university degree.
  • Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills.
  • Background in destination marketing, social media, and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and management skills.
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Proven influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
