Ladies Apparel Department Supervisor

Position Summary:
Fort Brands is looking for a committed and skilled Ladies Apparel Department Supervisor to manage our women's clothing section.

In the role of Ladies Apparel Department Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the department, guiding a team of associates, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for our clientele.


Key Duties:
1. Inspire and lead a team of sales associates to meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

2. Oversee daily operations of the ladies apparel section, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.

3. Assess sales performance and apply strategies to boost sales growth and achieve departmental targets.

4. Educate and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.

5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and security protocols.

6. Collaborate with other department leaders and store management to enhance overall store performance.

7. Foster a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining a tidy, organized, and visually appealing department.

8. Stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.

9. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in retail management or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven success in meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with fashion trends, brands, and products in the women's clothing sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
