Territory Sales Representative

Promo Builder LLC is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria, VA. As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients across 100+ locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for prospective and existing customers
- Develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
- Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs
- Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service
- Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion
- Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:
- 2+ years of route/outside sales experience, particularly in the B2B environment
- Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Negotiating and closing skills
- Valid Driver's License and car
- Ability to travel on route 100%
Schedule:
8-hour shift (9:00am – 5:30pm), Monday to Friday
This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission.
