Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for executing and mastering in-person sales and customer service on behalf of an assigned product/service campaign. You will communicate directly with prospective buyers, determine their needs, and provide recommendations designed to fulfill both their wants and needs.
You will become an expert in client and product knowledge to establish genuine relationships and generate trust with prospective buyers. Additionally, you will provide customer service and sales training to new employees and deliver regular feedback and performance improvement reports.
As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment. You will also shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management abilities.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in communications, business management, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Experience in a leadership-type role and working in a team-oriented environment is highly regarded.
