Job Overview

Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily transactions from online platforms and address inquiries as necessary.
  • Facilitate credit card transactions.
  • Process and submit purchase orders through various communication methods including phone, fax, email, or online systems for parts requests.
  • Monitor all purchase order discrepancies (such as product availability, extended lead times, shipping errors, damage claims, billing issues, etc.).
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
  • Ability to analyze and assess problems efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • High accuracy in data preparation and entry.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient written communication skills for precise documentation.
  • Computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Quick comprehension of new processes.
  • Self-driven with a solid work ethic and the ability to collaborate well with others.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting while using office equipment and computers.
  • Regular bending and filing tasks.
  • Ability to focus on data entry tasks.
  • Potential exposure to stress due to time constraints.
  • Engagement with a diverse range of individuals on various matters.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; prior relevant experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general data entry.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and administrative management practices.
